WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork refers to any breathing exercise or technique. It is an umbrella term for various types of conscious and controlled breathing practices that when performed, can improve your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork, you intentionally change your breathing pattern. 

Breathwork has been around for a very long time practiced throughout many different cultures.  Other cultures, practice Breathwork for the same reasons we do today, to alter consciousness for spiritual purposes, self-discovery, or healing. 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK?

Many forms of Breathwork therapy involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way.

Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation, leaves them feeling energized,

and lighter as if they had gone through years of therapy.
