The most important principle engaged in class is the practice and discussion of the existence of Life Force Energy. This course provides each student with Reiki Level I attunement, a special process experienced within class to attain individual connectivity to the Reiki energy source.

 

The curriculum covered provides an introduction to:

 

• Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction

• How Reiki works

• Different uses of Reiki

• The History of Reiki

• A review of Japanese Reiki Techniques 

• Reiki Level I attunement

• Reiki hands position to treat oneself and others

• Class manual included

• A Certificate of Achievement is issued after course completion
